Preventing male yeast infection can be as hard or as easy as you make it, depending on several factors. Candida Yeast feed off of sugars, so limiting sugar intake can drastically decrease chances of ever developing yeast infection. Candida Fungi kills off good bacteria, so making sure that you keep good bacteria in your system through means like eating yogurt, etc can make a large difference. All of these can be used to reduce issues and prevent more damage if you already have a penile yeast infection. Don't worry, male yeast infections are treatable - no matter how nasty or unpleasant.

The symptoms of penis yeast infections aren't too hard to spot, and can become very unpleasant very quickly. Some of these symptoms include gas problems, diarrhea, constipation, bloating etc. The easiest problems to spot are severe itching around the infected area, red colored patches, flaky skin, occasional smelly discharge. Some other interesting symptoms include fatigue, memory loss, prostate problems and irritability - these are often a sign that something is amiss in your body anyway.
